Is this the right tool for my business?
Inventauro is currently focused on simple inventory management use cases. If you have a business and need to manage manufacturing, purchases, sales and/or customers, it probably won't be the right fit for you right now. If none of those things are important to you and you privilege simplicity over complexity, then by all means give it a try!
How are items and variants counted against my subscription's limits?
A single item can have up to 100 variants. Only items, not variants, count against the subscription's limit. As an example, you might have an item named "T-Shirt ABC" with many variants (different sizes and color combinations) and it would still be counted as a single item.
What happens when I downgrade my subscription?
You can change and cancel your subscription at any time. A user without a subscription is limited to the FREE plan, which gives you access to 50 items. When downgrading (e.g. removing additional users or items), you might have to remove data beforehand so your workspace stays within the new limits. At any point, if data in your workspace goes above the limits of your current subscription, your access will be restricted and you'll be asked to upgrade. This might happen once a subscription is canceled. If you need help, please reach out.
